Please note, for those wishing to stay at the RACV Goldfields Resort, the rooms they have set aside for conference attendees are only held until 30 days prior, after which they are released for anyone to book. Rooms may still be available after that date, but not guaranteed.

Accommodation

Accommodation, and breakfast, are not included in the Conference, and must be booked separately.

When booking, ensure you mention conference ID No. 12389759, to receive special discounted prices that have been arranged for conferees. A further discount is also available for RACV members.

Be sure to book your accommodation early as this region is a popular tourist destination, especially with recently-opened mountain bike tracks.
